Orthopaedics

The Orthopaedic Department provides 24-hour cover for orthopaedic trauma through the Emergency Medicine and Trauma Centre.

It deals with all kinds of trauma and standard orthopaedic operations, with a special interest in arthroscopic knee surgery and hand surgery.

Scope of Services

Management of all kinds of traumas; domestic, occupational and road traffic accidents.

Diagnosis and treatment of a wide spectrum of bone diseases.

Correction of a variety of limb and joint abnormalities.

In-patient management, care and monitoring.

Out-patient clinic services: daily sessions for new patients and patients requiring follow-up treatment.

Our orthopaedic surgeons participate in the monthly Al Ain Orthopaedic Club or the Abu Dhabi Orthopaedic Clubs.

Departmental Staff

Well-trained and highly-qualified doctors and nurses are available around the clock providing superb emergency and higher levels of care that is accessible and responsive. Our personnel specifically focus on trauma and surgery and provide a dedicated service to the community.
