Scope of Services
Al Ain Hospital’s Paediatric Surgery Division provides a wide variety of surgical services for children under 13 years old. Our hospital carries out all kinds of surgeries, ranging from minor surgical procedures to major operations. We have 24-hour emergency services, daily in-patient care, and a biweekly out-patient clinic. Our caring doctors monitor our in-patients twice a day to assess the progress of their conditions.
We provide comprehensive services to sick children suffering from surgical conditions in the following areas:
- General Paediatric Trauma
- Neonatal Surgery
- Paediatric Burns
- Paediatric Urology
- General Paediatric Surgery
Children admitted for elective surgeries at Al Ain Hospital are usually referred from our out-patient clinic, the Paediatric Medicine Division, the School Health Centre, or Primary Healthcare Centres in Al Ain community.
